Coaching is:
Coaching can help you reach your goals and become the best version of you.
Coaching is about finding a way to improve upon what is working or change something that is not working - in an authentic way, bespoke to the individual.
Coaching is designed to facilitate creating and developing personal, professional, or business goals and developing and implementing a strategy for achieving those goals.
Coaching is comprehensive. Although it often focuses on professional life, it may touch on other areas of a person's life, such as finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation.

Coaching is all about you. We will start with a questionnaire and assessment to help clarify the coaching goals and help me understand your desired outcomes. We will agree upon the length of time for the coaching engagement, and periodically assess success.
You will drive the agenda for each session. Is there something top of mind that you want to work on that day, or do you prefer to discuss something identified during our discovery sessions? I will ask you open-ended questions to learn what you truly want to focus on each session. Sessions traditionally last 45-60 minutes and will be bi-weekly. There may be some homework for you in between sessions.
Yes, coaching involves homework! There is a belief that the most significant growth occurs between the coaching sessions. Books, articles, and podcasts may share varying perspectives and ideas with you during our time together.
Sometimes, coachees want answers, not more questions. You may request that I take off my coaching hat to provide insight learned from many decades in corporate America. Other times, I will ask if I may offer an observation—it is always your choice.
